About our 14-day money back guarantee
You can return the fasteners to us within 14 days from the date of the delivery date for any reason. Please note, you must not use the fasteners and you must keep them in the same excellent condition as from the day they were delivered.
Conditions to using the guarantee.
To initiate your 14-day money back guarantee, follow these simple steps.
· Login and click to order history.
· Select Returns and follow the online choices where you will fill out a Racebolt UK returns form. Please ensure All sections of this form are completed - if not, you will invalidate the guarantee.
· Print off the completed Racebolt UK returns form and post along with the returning fasteners to: Racebolt UK, Unit 15 Avon Business Park, Lodge Causeway, Bristol, BS16 3JP
We will acknowledge receipt by calling or emailing you within 3 days of the completing the return form. To meet the guarantee deadline, you need to tell us you are exercising the right to cancel by 4:30pm on the day the guarantee period ends.
Fasteners must be in the same excellent condition as when they were delivered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items returned are adequately packaged as replacements and refunds will only be made for products that are received on time in an unused undamaged and in a saleable condition. If not, you will invalidate the guarantee.
Always keep your proof of postage
No alterations or modifications
Once we have processed your delivered return, we will repay to you the purchase price of the fasteners to the same payment option originally used to pay for the fasteners.
The refund for the fasteners will be made by Racebolt UK with 4 weeks of receipt of the returned order / or part order. Normally this is much sooner. We will repay you using the same means of payment as you used to pay us, and we will not charge you any fees in relation to the repayment.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the postage cost of the fasteners being sent back to us will need to be covered by yourself.
If the return is due to an incorrect fitment or faulty product, the postage cost of returning the fasteners being sent back to us will be covered by Racebolt UK and included with your refund.
