European Union
International Orders & VAT
From 1st January 2021, we will no longer charge you VAT. However, your order will be subject to VAT, import duty and any other local tax, when it arrives at your country’s border. You will be responsible for paying these taxes to your local authority in line with your country’s customs procedures.
USA orders
Tariff and Handling Fees
As of 1st March 2026 our expedited shipping service to the USA delivery cost charged at checkout is inclusive of all necessary customs requirements.
We will have processed and paid all applicable U.S. tariff charges and local handling fees on your behalf, so your package can move through customs with no unexpected fees due on delivery.

United Kingdom
- Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
- UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Standard 48hr service and are insured.
- Optional UK Premium Service (Next Day Guaranteed) is available.
- Orders before 15:00 are despatched the same day.
- Typical delivery is 2–3 working days when items are in stock.
USA
- Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
- If an item is not in stock, dispatch can take up to 14 working days.
- Expedited USA delivery pricing includes the relevant customs handling covered on your behalf.
- If a USA order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact us.
All Other Countries
- Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
- If an item is not in stock, dispatch can take up to 14 working days.
- EU deliveries usually arrive within 7–10 working days.
- Non-EU deliveries usually arrive within 7–14 working days.
Returns policy
Returns
We deal with every return individually so that we can get to the root of any problems. We are sorry if you do need to return any of our products and want to make it as easy as possible.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us and state your order number, which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning. We will get back to you within 24 hours and help solve any issues.
Customer-error returns may incur a processing fee of 20% of the order value.
Consumer rights
14-Day Cooling-Off
If you buy online and change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods in their original unused condition and packaging.
Step 1
Cancel within 14 days.
Step 2
Return within a further 14 days.
Step 3
Refund issued after review.
Change-of-mind orders: return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
If goods do not fit, are not as described, or are unfit for purpose, you may also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Once this period has elapsed, we reserve the right to return goods without refund.
