To purchase the items in your basket and proceed with your order using our secure online purchasing facility, click on the Checkout button on the shopping basket screen. You will then be given the option to enter your email address and password if you are an existing user of the site, or you can choose to pay directly. You will then be transferred to our secure server provider or PayPal to complete your order.

You will be asked to provide certain information we need to enable us to process your order such as your preferred delivery address and payment details. It is your responsibility to provide us with sufficient information to process your order.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email.

We accept all major UK credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed in GBP (£) through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Our entire website is served over HTTPS using an industry-standard TLS certificate. You can verify the encrypted connection by looking for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

Pages where you enter personal information, log in, or check out are additionally protected by anti-fraud monitoring and rate-limiting to deter automated attacks.

When you reach the checkout, your payment is handled exclusively by our payment provider or PayPal. Your card details are entered directly into their secure environment — they are never transmitted to or stored on Racebolt’s servers.

We support 3-D Secure 2 (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey) which may ask you to verify a payment with your bank’s app or a one-time code. This protects you against unauthorised use of your card.

Every transaction is screened in real time using risk-scoring rules that look at things like billing/shipping address mismatches, unusual order patterns and the device used to place the order.

If our team needs to verify an order before dispatch we will contact you by email or phone using the details you provided. We will never ask you to email or text your full card number, PIN or 3-D Secure code.
